Talos Services Group, LLC ("TSG," "we," or "us") respects the privacy of visitors to talosservicesgroup.com (and the legacy domain tsgllc.co) and of clients who engage our services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to (a) service providers under confidentiality — Netlify (hosting), Google (analytics, aggregated and IP-anonymized), Microsoft 365 (email), and our legal/accounting counsel; (b) parties you authorize us to work with on your engagement; or (c) where required by law, regulation, or court order.
We retain engagement records for the period required by our contracts and applicable professional standards. Inquiry messages: up to 24 months after last contact. Analytics data: 14 months at the most granular level, then aggregated. Server logs: 90 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you. TSG maintains an internal compliance posture proportional to the sensitivity of its work. Our standing commitments include the following.
We screen all prospective clients, counterparties, and beneficial owners against OFAC, EU, UK HMT, and UN consolidated sanctions lists prior to engagement. We do not provide services to designated persons or entities, or for transactions prohibited under U.S. export-control regimes (EAR, ITAR).
We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act, and analogous laws in jurisdictions in which we operate. We do not pay, offer, or authorize anything of value to government officials to obtain business or improper advantage.
Protective and intelligence work in high-risk environments is conducted consistent with the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC) and the UN Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. We decline engagements whose probable use is incompatible with those standards.
Client data is segregated per engagement, encrypted at rest and in transit, and retained only as long as operational or legal need requires. Access is role-based and logged. For engagements involving EU, UK, or California data subjects, we operate under the applicable GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA requirements.
Where protective operations involve armed personnel, we operate only under the host-jurisdiction licensing regime and with documented end-user authority. Cross-border movement of equipment is conducted under applicable export, import, and customs authority.
We screen every engagement against existing client relationships and decline matters where a material conflict cannot be resolved through disclosure and, where appropriate, informed waiver.
